Founded in 1979 in partnership with Ömer Kemahlıoğlu and Mehmet Kemahlıoğlu. Our company, which was established as a Collective Company, took the title of KEMAHLIOĞLU PLASTIC PACKAGING SAN. and TİC. A.Ş. with the participation of 3 family members in 1995. In the years of establishment, it aimed to bring the used PE bags back to the economy due to the lack of raw materials. For this reason, it focused on granule production and at the same time started to manufacture PE (Polyethylene) bags. On that day, it started production with a single extruder and a mechanical cutting machine. Today, our production is carried out with 16 extruders, 4 perforating machines, 10 automatic bag cutting machines and 4 printing machines. Our company has a facility of 4000 m². In our facility, PE bags are produced from 5 cm to 175 cm, from 15 micron thickness to 250 micron thickness. We also produce PP (polyproblen) and OPP up to 65 cm. In our facility, we can add many features such as printing, tape and reinforcement to our products. As of April 2014, it has made significant additional investments in its new facility. It has both increased its production capacity by 30% and modernized its machinery park. It added 2 extruders and 1 perforating machine to its machine park. In addition to these, all machines older than 5 years have been subjected to revision. It has also modernized with up-to-date software and technological equipment. By adding a truck and a panel van type small vehicle to the shipment department, the total number of shipment vehicles increased to 6. Today, it still continues to make investments to achieve its goal of quality and timely delivery.

With the opening up of Turkey’s economy to foreign markets, the need for packaging has led to the development and expansion of this sector. However, today, mass production has been replaced by the supply of quality products and services that can be shaped according to needs. Our company has been working customer-oriented since its establishment. It aims to fulfill the needs of our customers on time and without compromising quality. After 2014, it aimed to improve its quality control system and to ensure its quality. In order to fulfill this purpose, it established a quality control and quality assurance department. It has made it a priority to reliably monitor the processes within the factory and customer relationship management. Therefore, it invested in a capable ERP software.

Thanks to this software, it can make barcode labeling from raw material to finished product. It can also monitor instantly with very detailed reports. It wanted to make all processes and business methods more reliable and successful for its management and employees.
