Production Processes
The input, process, and output phases of our production process are managed by our skilled coworkers in order to satisfy the requirements of our business partners.
Extrusion
The first stage of plastic packaging production is extrusion. The raw material in granule form is melted, passed through the mold with pressure, and the film obtained is cooled with water in polypropylene and air in polyethylene and turned into a film roll in the desired thickness, size and brightness. If the extrusion process is not done meticulously and skillfully, various problems are encountered in the remaining processes of production. These negativities lead to low quality of the product. For this reason, production in Kemahlıoğlu Plastik is under strict control with experienced personnel.”
Printing Press
Flesco printing technique is used in the printing unit of our production. The pre-prepared clichés are placed on the cylinders on the printing machine and as the cylinder rotates, the paint taken from the boiler is printed on the film material. With this method, printing in desired color and pattern can be obtained.
Cutting
Printed and unprinted films take their final form in the cutting and slicing units. In this unit, the products are cut to the desired size, perforated or sliced into bags and rolls. After this process, the finished products are packaged, labeled and transferred to the shipment unit.
